This Privacy Policy describes how Pinnacle River LLC ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the ShotLock mobile application and the shotlockapp.com website.
The short version
ShotLock is designed so that your health data never reaches us. The app works without an account, and your shots, weight, photos, notes and settings are stored on your device.
Information stored on your device
Medication schedules, logged doses, weight entries, side-effect logs, progress photos and notes are stored locally on your device and are included in your standard device backups. We do not have access to this information.
Information we receive
- Purchases. Subscriptions are processed by Apple. We receive anonymized receipt information necessary to verify your entitlement; we never see your payment details.
- Support. If you email us, we receive what you send and use it solely to help you.
- Diagnostics. Aggregate, anonymized crash and performance diagnostics help us fix bugs. These never include your health entries.
This website
shotlockapp.com uses no analytics or advertising cookies. With your
consent, we set two preference cookies (sl_theme,
sl_lang) to remember your dark-mode and language choices,
plus a sl_consent cookie to remember your decision. If you
decline, no preference cookies are set.
Data sales and advertising
We do not sell personal information and we do not serve ads.
Deleting your data
Use the in-app "Delete all data" option, or simply delete the app. As we hold no copy of your health data, deletion is immediate and complete on your device.
Children
ShotLock is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page with an updated revision date.
